Newnham Nursery are introducing a ‘Morning Club’ for KS1 & KS2 of Newnham Croft Primary School and KS0 of Newnham Nursery starting in September 2023 to meet the needs of our school community and to help provide wrap round care.
The Morning Club is designed to provide a convenient solution for parents who require an early drop-off option for their children. This service will be available in the community room of the school, where the nursery is, from 8:00 am to 8:40 am, during school term time, providing a supervised and welcoming environment, where the children can choose from a range of activities; Lego, arts & crafts, books, board games, puzzles, or just being with friends.
Our fees will be £4.50 per session per day, or £4.00 for each sibling. If you book a full week the fees are £20.00.
The Morning Club is a half term commitment, once you book we will send you an invoice that must be paid in advance of starting. You can add ad hoc sessions, but you cannot swap them or reduce them.
We are not serving breakfast to the children, and would ask parents not to send food in with their children.
At the end of the session, KS1 Children will be escorted to their classrooms or to the supervised playground and KS2 children will be able to to walk to the playground or to their classrooms by themselves.

Terms and Conditions: Morning Club
1. Registration and Enrollment:
- Enrollment in the early morning drop-off club is subject to availability.
- Registration is completed only upon submission of a fully filled registration form and payment of the applicable fees.
- We reserve the right to deny enrollment based on capacity constraints or other relevant considerations.
2. Schedule and Timings:
- The drop-off club operates on specific days and timings as indicated during the registration process.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time for drop-off.
3. Fees and Payments:
- Fees for the drop-off club are outlined during the registration process and are due in advance for the specified period.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in exceptional circumstances.
4. Cancellation and Changes:
- Parents must provide advance notice of any changes or cancellations to the drop-off club schedule.
- Commitment is for 6 weeks (half a term)
- Changes to the schedule are subject to availability and approval.
5. Child's Health and Safety:
- Parents are responsible for providing accurate information about their child's health, allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contacts.
- In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency, we will take necessary actions based on the provided information.
6. Code of Conduct:
- Children are expected to follow a code of conduct that promotes respectful behavior towards staff and other children.
- Any disruptive or harmful behavior may result in disciplinary actions, including potential suspension or termination of enrollment.
7. Liability and Responsibility:
- While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and secure environment, we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
- Parents agree to waive any claims against us for any liabilities arising from participation in the drop-off club.
8. Photography and Promotion:
- We may take photographs during drop-off club activities for promotional purposes. By enrolling, parents grant us permission to use these photos in marketing materials and online platforms.
9. Data Privacy:
- Personal information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Changes to Terms:
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled parents.
11. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
By submitting the registration form and enrolling your child in the early morning drop-off club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
